Teen stole police cruiser to practice dream job

A teenage boy with an interest in law enforcement twice stole a police cruiser and took it out to do some patrolling.� The boy's mother saw him bring the car home, but wasn't alarmed.

- I've flown twice on a flight with a small dog. Both times, we all had to listen to the dog(s) whine non-stop. That gets old. But it could be worse, I had a friend who was stuck sitting next to a person who was a non-stop f*arter. I'll listen to the dogs whine.
